How do I report lost property?

Call us directly on +44 (0)208 368 6666 as soon as you think you have left something in one of our cars. Remember to include as much information as possible about the item you have lost, in addition to information about your journey (date, pickup time, job number and your contact details). Depending on where the driver is at the time, we do our best to return lost property as soon as possible, with no extra charges. There may sometimes be a charge for returning lost property (due to the distance our driver has to travel to you) and while we try our best to avoid this, we hope you appreciate the cost to the driver while delivering your item and unable to undertake other work.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

As our staff monitor all incoming flights, we do not charge you for flight delays. Our drivers are informed of landing times regularly and will be there to pick you up once you have landed.

Are there any waiting time charges?

We provide 60 minutes complementary waiting time after your flight has landed. We find that this is the average time it takes from landing to arrival barriers, where the driver will be waiting for you. After the 60 minutes, there will be an additional charge of 43p per minute (£26 per hour) of waiting time after your flight has landed. This recompenses the drive and us for the delay. For example, if your plane lands at 1:45am and you arrive at the meeting point at 2:45am, you will not be charged. However, if you arrive at the meeting point at 3:05am, an additional £8.60 will be charged

Can I change the details of my booking?

Should you need to make changes to a booking, you can contact our 24 hour call centre on +44(0) 208 361 6666 and one of our friendly staff will be able to amend your booking for you. Please note, your change could be subject to additional charges or refunds, depending on the type of change.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the specified pickup time. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to a cancellation fee. For a detailed overview of our cancellation policy, please visit our Terms & Conditions page.

How will I recognise my driver at the airport?

Your driver will come into the terminal and wait for you by the arrivals barrier after the baggage claim. Look out for a pickup sign with the text you requested as part of your booking process. The driver will also make contact with you on the mobile number you provided.

Do you provide minicab/taxi services?
